Overview
Conserv FS, Inc., as the designated subrecipient for the MARAD Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) FY 2025 grant awarded to the Seneca Regional Port District (the “District”) for the Enhancing and Expanding Economic Capacity and Output on the Illinois River Project (the “Project”), is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
Qualified firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications for the services listed below.
